How do we screen tenants?

Upon receiving a reservation request, an email is automatically sent to the client requesting verification of their identity and submission of information for a criminal background check.

The email includes a secure link to our screening platform, Truvy, where clients provide their full legal name, previous addresses, Social Security number, and date of birth.

Once the screening process is complete, the full report is transmitted to The Vista Collection Suites, where our compliance team reviews the results in accordance with our established screening policy and determines eligibility.

Clients are informed that the property address and access code will only be provided after successful completion of the background verification process.

How do we maintain and care for the properties?

We maintain the property to hotel-quality cleanliness standards to ensure our guests are consistently satisfied.

A professional cleaning team visits 2–3 times per week to perform deep cleaning, and we also handle any minor maintenance issues that arise.

As a result, your property remains in pristine condition, and experiences significantly less wear and tear compared to a typical tenant.

What benefits do landlords receive from us?

We recognize that one of the primary concerns for landlords and property owners is receiving rent on time and securely.

We are interested in entering a 12- to 36-month lease, ensuring consistent, timely rental payments each month.

Only verified, pre-approved occupants are granted access, ensuring a quiet and respectful environment at all times.

To enforce compliance, we utilize external security cameras to confirm that guests entering the property match the identification and background information provided.

Additionally, sound monitoring devices are installed to detect noise levels exceeding preset thresholds. These devices are specifically designed to identify potential disturbances without compromising guest privacy.
